After several months of battling my insurance company I attempted to seek out legal advice to assist with a TPD claim that I was making zero progress with. It was incredibly stressful and I had no idea what I was doing. I began by contacting a few big named law firms that “specialised” in tpd claims. I was having so much trouble speaking to an actual lawyer (not a paralegal or junior) about the claim and getting someone to get the ball rolling. In addition to that when presented with their fees my stomach dropped!
