Prior to joining the team in 2019, Ray worked over three years in a major insurance company, specialising in reviewing disputed claims and negotiating resolutions.  His prior experience gives him unique insight into how insurers operate and think.

Ray’s expertise covers all the firm’s core areas of practice, including work accident injuries, road accident injuries, public place injuries, dust diseases and medical negligence.  He also specialises in making claims for industrial deafness arising from workplace noise exposure.

Trust, patience and understanding are core values for Ray.  When engaging with clients, he recognises the importance of spending the time to properly listen and make them feel heard.  No question is too small or worth ignoring in his eyes and he his happy to answer all of them and also listen to client concerns.

Outside of work, Ray enjoys a variety of interests including martial arts, natural history, cooking and watching stand-up comedy.  He is also an avid reader of historical and science fiction.
