After several months of battling my insurance company I attempted to seek out legal advice to assist with a TPD claim that I was making zero progress with. It was incredibly stressful and I had no idea what I was doing. I began by contacting a few big named law firms that “specialised” in tpd claims. I was having so much trouble speaking to an actual lawyer (not a paralegal or junior) about the claim and getting someone to get the ball rolling. In addition to that when presented with their fees my stomach dropped! I couldn’t (and still can’t) believe how much they wanted to charge either in a fixed fee rate with their “no win no fee” structure or pay as you go. It was extremely upsetting. Then someone recommended Greg from VBR Lawyers. From the first conversation I had with Greg he started actioning my claim and met with me for a thorough discussion. He treated me like I was his number one priority from the beginning and that didn’t change through the whole process. Not 4 months later from our original discussion has my claim been successful thanks to Greg’s expertise, professionalism and efforts. I was also (pleasantly) surprised at his fees finding them MORE than reasonable and had my claim not been successful I wouldn’t have had to pay anything.
